After living in NorCal for so many years I finally made it to Opus One. Our host this time was a lovely Japanese lady who was incredibly attentive and thorough. She patiently walked us through everything and answered all our endless questions. The visit began with a tour of their wine cellar then we made our way up to the tasting room where we sampled different vintages of their red wine. The entire experience was exceptional and absolutely worth it. This is actually one of the most expensive wine tastings in Napa but I truly felt it was worth every penny. Five stars without a doubt and I would definitely come back again.

First time visiting Napa and this was our first wine tour. Wow, what an amazing experience! Our host, Brendan, gave us a tour of this beautiful estate and then guided us through our tasting. His outstanding service paired with the fine Opus wines made this an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

Our visit was phenomenal. The winery itself is already incredible from an architectural standpoint. But the art collection is also remarkable. The wines are, of course, exceptionally delicious and of the highest quality. It doesn’t get much better than this. We had the chance to taste fantastic vintages and had a wonderful time. Thank you for everything.

Beautiful from start to finish. Our hostess provided the perfect balance of being informative while allowing us to just relax and enjoy the amazing wine. We began our journey to the winery as big Opus One fans and our tasting experience did not disappoint.

Mixed feelings about visiting this top tier winery. The winery is beautiful and well structured, however, not really much to see. Our host, Keith, is very friendly and walk us through the history of Opus one in details. I was somehow surprised to have a welcome glass of champagne from Baron de Rothchild upon arrival…this wasn’t mentioned in the reviews I rea lol. Then it followed by the 3 glasses of Opus One from the package we selected. We are totally impressed by their wine cellar, it’s immense and nicely lined up. The 1:1 wine tour at Opus One was enjoyable, but it felt a bit pressured since we didn’t have enough private time to walk around and take pictures. After all, I still recommend those who are wine enthusiasts to visit Opus One as their wines are exceptional with special characters.
