Barry was professional, very knowledgeable and a great guide throughout our experience sharing stories, taking pictures for us and of course providing us with some great wine and cotton candy. I just wanted to thank Barry for making our experience amazing and perfect, so thank you so much for that!

4 months agoLovely experience. Great spot for a date or a family outing. If you’re a wine connoisseur, look no further. You will get every type of taste your heart desires. The food portions were little too small for my liking personally. I wished they had more food options to enjoy the great scenery around. Only minor annoyance was that for ‘Wine Tasting’ we were seated in a not so great spot. We even asked for better seating which they had available. However for the ‘Restaurant’ booking they gave us good seats. Feels a bit unfair if we had both bookings to not let us enjoy. Seems a minor thing but for the money we were spending $100+ per person, I expect better :)

4 months agoMy wife and I stopped in here by chance for dinner and were very impressed. This wasn't a meal it was an experience. The salmon appetizer was an amazingly array of flavours unlike I have never experienced, the scallops and beef plates were truly amazing with an excellent balance of flavours. Trius, kudos to the chef and staff for providing us with this amazing experience.

5 months agoWhere do I even begin! My husband and I decided to have our rehearsal dinner with 28 loved ones in the Red Barrel Cellar the night before our wedding. Spectacular is the first word that comes to mind. The food, the staff, and the environment were flawless. Our guests had a phenomenal time and have raved about it. We are so grateful to the staff who set up our candles, menus, place cards, and flowers prior to. During dinner, the staff, were attentive, professional, and kind, which made us feel wonderful as we celebrated such a special moment in our lives. Every guest commented on the food and how great it tasted. Each course was filled with flavour and the ingredients were so fresh! The red wine butter should be sold in a jar because it is truly heaven. Thank you to the wonderful front of house staff, Frank and the team in the kitchen, and Florencia for making this experience everything we could have imagined and more. One area of improvement would be the responsiveness of the sales team. It was hard to get a timely reply to some of my emails regarding booking and then logistics. Although, when I did, they were thorough and helpful. My husband and I would recommend this to anyone wanting to mark a milestone in their lives or just for a lovely dinner. We look forward to having our anniversary here next June.

3 months agoNice evening for dinner on the patio. Should've made a reservation, but we stopped by early and managed to luck into a table. We definitely appreciate that. Service was solid. Food was beautifully presented and very tasty. Menu has something for everyone. Prices reflect the overall setting and quality of the food. Curiously, I should say "inexplicably," the wine menu does not include their delicious Blanc de Noir by the glass. If you ask, though, they'll pour. It is by far my favorite Trius wine: 100% Pinot noir that spent 60 months sur lie. Delightful autolysis/toasty notes with long, long finish. Dreamy. As far as dietary needs go, you can find excellent options to fit your low carb, keto, Paleo, or carnivore lifestyle. Also, given the way the food is put together on the plate, it is super easy to eat the parts you want while treating any other bits as garnish. Very, very flexible way of staying healthy without needing to be "picky" with the kitchen!! Yes, we got lucky and got in: but do make a reservation to make sure you don't miss out!!
