3 weeks agoAn amazing experience. We did the three course meal and ate outside which was quite the experience. The meals were definitely unique and it felt like very fine dining. The servers describe everything amazingly and definitely keep your meal moving forward. The mains were our favorite parts and the dessert was unreal. Thanks for the great Michelin star experience.

a month agoEnjoyed a lovely summer evening outdoor dining with friends at Trius Restaurant. The starters were a highlight—fresh bread, chicken liver pâté, and smoked salmon all received rave reviews from our group. I also tried the strawberry tart, which was visually stunning but fell a bit flat in flavour—more beautiful than delicious. For mains, the pork chop was hearty and satisfying, especially with the rich and decadent mac and cheese on the side. I opted for the halibut, which was light, fresh, and perfectly complemented by summer peas, asparagus, and fingerling potatoes—summer on a plate. I absolutely loved it. The chocolate bar dessert, while impressive in presentation, was overly rich and could have used something to cut through the sweetness. Overall, a lovely evening with gorgeous plating, and some standout dishes.

2 weeks agoWe booked a vineyard tour with Trius for a bachelorette group and absolutely loved it! We arrived around 11:30, greeted by our tour guide, Dan, who truly made the experience the best it could be. He took us around the property, in the cellars (which was so so cool!!!). He combined learning and fun, which is what he said at the beginning - it was really the perfect way to describe it. He made the tour so fun and embraced the vibes we brought. We even gave him a matching pair of heart shaped sunglasses and he wore them for us the whole time! Really great person, and great tour guide. The Rosé room was cool, but a bit underwhelming. I recommend it being open to public when not in use by tours, rather than it being exclusively for tours. I think everyone who visits Trius should be able to check it out, and it wasn’t enough of an experience to feel exclusive. Overall, the tour was phenomenal and we really felt we got our moneys worth - thank you Dan!

2 weeks agoWent to Trius Winery Restaurant for lunch yesterday. I selected 2 course lunch with rosemary and sea salt focaccia. My two courses were creamy corn soup with salmon and shrimp as well as Maple glazed pork chop. Both were exceptionally delicious. I wish I had room left to try a dessert.

in the last weekOur rehearsal dinner at Trius Winery could not have been more romantic. We were seated under the walkway. It was intimate, candlelit, and elevated in every way. The service was impeccable, we were so happy Ashley was our server, with every dish served to the table at the exact same time. And the food…… truly unforgettable. It felt high-end yet warm and personal , exactly the tone we wanted before stepping into the wedding day itself.
